Here’s my personal list of the best things to do in Valencia, based on my experience of living there for 5 months.

Wander around Ciutat Vella
If you love charming, narrow Mediterranean streets lined with cafes, colourful shops, and historic buildings, then Ciutat Vella (Old Town) is a spot for you. It’s perfect for lazy strolls and discovering hidden alleys and little secrets. One of the things you can do is try to find as many cats hidden on the building walls as possible!

Valencia turned an old riverbed into a huge park, and now Turia Park is one of the city’s best-loved spots. Walk along the paths, have a picnic, or just relax and watch locals enjoying yoga or hanging out. You can also have a jog or a workout of your own! It’s definitely one of the nicest things to do in Valencia if you enjoy combining an active lifestyle with city life.
